WITHDRAWAL / RETURN 

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, in all cases in which through the proven fault of the ELO sold incorrect products or products of poor quality, defective (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, with poor packaging, etc.), within a period of (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. It is clarified that the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days. If they are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, ELO may not accept any return and replacement.

If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of our company, ELO undertakes to send a courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. However, if the consumer wishes to return the order without any fault of the company, then he/she must send the order to the headquarters of our company, with the shipping costs to be borne by the consumer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to contact our company directly. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with the packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the sales receipt at the same time as you submit your withdrawal declaration. Returns will only be accepted with the approval of the company.

ELO wanting to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by filling out the relevant contact form.

RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT

The company cannot provide a replacement right. If the consumer wants to change the product in question, he/she is obliged to return it to the company and place a new order. If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of the company, the cost of the return is borne by the company.

DETAILED RETURN GUIDE

If you wish to return your order or part of it, you must inform the company immediately.

A prerequisite is that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received it along with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product (labels).

Note: All products returned to ELO are subject to meticulous quality control.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect possible problems. In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
