The website ELOCLOTHING.COM is the online store of the company “ELO – PETROS ANASTOPOULOS”, accessible to all internet users. The website is managed by “ELO – PETROS ANASTOPOULOS”, a Greek company based at 60 Marathonos Avenue, Pikermi, P.C. 19009, with VAT number 046653563. The company’s website offers for sale clothing, accessories, and related items for all internet users who browse the website and wish to be immediately informed about the products offered by our company in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, always subject to the sufficiency of the company’s stocks. Users/buyers must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. Any product ordered through the website assumes that you have read and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, acceptance does not require the user’s handwritten signature. These terms and conditions are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law and users acknowledge the company’s right to modify provisions of these terms and conditions, insofar as they do not relate to legally binding obligations and without affecting finality. The user of the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms, agrees with them, and undertakes to comply with them. These terms may be subject to modifications, the terms in force are those in force on the date of execution of the order. The user may save and print the terms of use.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, solely with respect to the transaction between them on the Internet. DELIVERY TIME
The time of delivery of the order to the customer is defined according to the availability of the products and is the one indicated in the order confirmation. Buyers can track their products using the unique tracking number, which will be provided in an email. ELOCLOTHING.COM reserves the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, if there is a delay in the delivery of the order due to force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or strikes, “ELO – PETROS ANASTOPOULOS” is not in default.
PRODUCTS
The delivery of products purchased through the Online Store is made throughout Greece and abroad in specific ways per region or product volume that the customer can choose. The products of the Online Shop are sold until stocks are exhausted. The online store ELOCLOTHING.COM can not provide any guarantee for the availability of products but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers about their unavailability. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may vary due to different screen types and resolutions.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders must be received through the Online Store by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form. Product prices include VAT. ELOCLOTHING.COM reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of orders already registered.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ELOCLOTHING.COM puts for sale the products of the Online Store in accordance with the present terms of use and the applicable legislation. ELOCLOTHING.COM is not responsible for any damage or damage that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, in addition to the obligation to return and replace products as set out below. However, it reserves the reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Shop and/or the individual services in order to carry out maintenance work on the system without prior notice to the user.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
The use of the Online Store must be used exclusively for legitimate purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Shop in accordance with the law, morality and these terms, and not to engage in acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction in it, affect or endanger the provision of services by ELOCLOTHING.COM. The visitor/user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to ELOCLOTHING.COM by poor, illegal, or illegitimate use of the relevant services.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, in all cases in which through the proven fault of the ELOCLOTHING.COM sold incorrect products or products of poor quality, defective (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, with poor packaging, etc.), within a period of (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. It is clarified that the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days. If they are not returned within fourteen (14) calendar days, ELOCLOTHING.COM may not accept any return and replacement.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of our company, ELOCLOTHING.COM undertakes to send a courier to the address you have specified for the receipt of the order at its own expense. However, if the consumer wishes to return the order without any fault of the company, then he/she must send the order to the headquarters of our company, with the shipping costs to be borne by the consumer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to contact our company directly. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with the packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the sales receipt at the same time as you submit your withdrawal declaration. Returns will only be accepted with the approval of the company.
ELOCLOTHING.COM wanting to offer you the best possible service, gives you the right to submit any complaint electronically by filling out the relevant contact form.
APPLICABLE LAW & OTHER CONDITIONS
Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, shall automatically cease to apply and shall be removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. Any concession, granting of a deadline, or non-application of one or more of the present terms on the part of ELOCLOTHING.COM cannot be interpreted as a waiver, temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising from them or from the law. This Agreement shall be governed by European and Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
