TIME AND SHIPPING COST
Orders are shipped to Greece with the courier company "ELTA Courier".
Products that are in stock are shipped within the same or the next day upon receipt of the order. For products that are not in stock, you are informed about sending them by email.
The shipping cost is listed in your cart when processing the order and is adjusted according to the weight, shipping area, and payment method.
Free shipping, for Greece, for orders over 60€.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
Delivery time ranges from 1-3 working days. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day the courier company receives the order from our warehouses. ELO is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is sent, you receive an e-mail, with the tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment on the site of the cooperating courier company.
Orders are delivered Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. In case someone is not available for delivery, the carrier will leave a message with a contact phone number where you will have to call to re-arrange your delivery.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you must pick up the parcel, based on legislation that protects online stores. In case the product does not satisfy you, you can then (within 14 days) return it as stated in the return policy. If for any reason, a parcel is not accepted, or the recipient does not receive it at his own risk, he will be required to pay the total shipping costs of sending and returning the parcel.
